Linette is absolutely awesome to work with!!! Highly motivated, very knowledgeable and professional. She made the sale of the condo seem easy. She was even able to recommend good reliable recommendations for painters, cleaners, etc. to prepare for the sale. We listed the condo on Thursday and there was an offer on the next day on the first showing. The condo was sold by Sunday. Excellent prep work provided excellent results.
